Job Description

We kindly invite you to join our legal team in Poland (Warsaw), who is providing a day-to-day legal advice to four Polish entities of the Bosch Group. We are looking for an excellent and comprehensive lawyer who understands the business and will share our philosophy of work. You will advise different Bosch businesses in a really wide range of legal areas.

Continue Reading

  • drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, 

  • providing day to day legal advice as requested by the business, 

  • providing trainings to the management and associates, 

  • legal research,  

  • keeping abreast and providing updates on new legislation relevant to the company, 

  • collaborating with legal teams of mother company Robert Bosch GmbH and sister companies in other countries (reviewing contracts, due diligence of new products and services etc.). 

Your qualifications: 

  • 1st year of the legal training (aplikacja radcowska) completed,  

  • 1+ years of experience in a law firm,  

  • excellent knowledge of contract law and data protection law, 

  • experience in antitrust, real estate, marketing or IP&IT law is a nice to have, 

  • ability to independently lead projects and execute assigned tasks, prioritizing accountability and timely completion, 

  • fluency in Polish and English (both oral and writing),  

  • legal tech enthusiast.

  • team person, 

  • able to explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers, 

  • can-do attitude and hands-on approach,
