Job Description
Wiersholm's Banking and Finance team seeks an Associate to work on structured finance, project finance, and debt capital markets transactions across the Nordic region.
Responsibilities
Draft and review loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements. Conduct regulatory analysis for financial transactions. Support senior partners in client advisory. Coordinate with international counsel on cross-border deals.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance law. Understanding of Norwegian financial regulations. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
