Job Description
Wikborg Rein's Bergen office seeks a Technology and IP Lawyer to advise on data protection, technology transactions, and intellectual property matters for the firm's growing tech client base.
Responsibilities
Advise on GDPR compliance and data processing agreements. Draft and negotiate technology licensing and SaaS agreements. Handle trademark and patent portfolio management. Support M&A teams on technology due diligence.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-5 years of experience in technology, IP, or data protection law. Knowledge of GDPR and Norwegian Personal Data Act. Strong commercial drafting skills.
