Rwanda Development Board (RDB)

The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) is a government institution established in 2008, mandated to accelerate Rwanda's economic development by enabling private sector growth. RDB was created from a merger of 8 government institutions to create a One Stop Shop for business registration, investment promotion, environmental clearances, privatization, and specialist support for ICT, tourism, and SME development. The legal department handles regulatory matters, investment agreements, and policy development.
