Responsibilities
- Advise Brazilian and multinational employers on compliance with the CLT, including hiring, termination, benefits, and working hours
- Represent clients in employment litigation before the TRTs (Tribunais Regionais do Trabalho) and TST (Tribunal Superior do Trabalho)
- Draft employment contracts, non-compete agreements, executive compensation packages, and severance terms
- Advise on collective bargaining negotiations, union relations, and strike contingency planning
- Support due diligence on labour contingencies in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
Requirements
- Bacharel em Direito; OAB registration active
- 4–7 years' experience in labour and employment law at a leading firm
- Strong knowledge of CLT, Reforma Trabalhista (Lei 13.467/2017), and TST precedents (Súmulas)
- Advanced English; experience advising multinational companies preferred
