Responsibilities
- Assist associates with employment litigation proceedings before the TRTs and TST
- Conduct research on CLT provisions, Reforma Trabalhista (Lei 13.467/2017), and TST Súmulas
- Help draft employment contracts, termination documents, and severance calculations
- Support due diligence on labour contingencies for M&A transactions
- Assist with preparation of defences in labour claims (reclamações trabalhistas)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bacharel em Direito programme (3rd year or above)
- Interest in labour and employment law
- Intermediate English; knowledge of CLT fundamentals
- Available for 4–6 hours/day
