Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise corporate documents including articles of incorporation, atas de assembleia, and board resolutions
- Manage Junta Comercial (Board of Trade) filings, CNPJ registrations, and corporate registry updates
- Assist with due diligence data room management, document indexing, and checklist coordination
- Prepare closing binders, signature pages, and post-closing corporate filings
- Coordinate with notary offices (cartórios) for document authentication, apostilles, and certidões
Requirements
- Bacharel em Direito (recently graduated or final-year student); OAB registration not required
- 0–3 years' experience as a paralegal or in corporate legal support
- Knowledge of Junta Comercial procedures, corporate registry requirements, and notarial processes
- Intermediate English; strong organisational and document management skills
