DLA Piper Budapest is offering a Data Protection and Privacy Law Internship for law students passionate about GDPR, data privacy, and technology law. Interns will support the data protection team on compliance projects for multinational clients.

Responsibilities

Research data protection regulations and NAIH guidance documents. Assist with GDPR compliance audits and data mapping exercises. Help draft privacy policies, data processing agreements, and consent forms. Monitor data protection enforcement trends across the EU. Support the team with DPIA preparation and records of processing activities.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Hungarian law programme (3rd year or above). Academic background in data protection, IT law, or EU law. Understanding of GDPR fundamentals. Strong research and writing skills. Fluent in Hungarian and English. Available for a minimum of 3 months.

Compensation

Ft250,000 - Ft340,000/year
