Internship — Litigation & Arbitration

Boyanov & Co is offering an internship in its Litigation & Arbitration department for law students seeking hands-on dispute resolution experience. Interns will assist with case preparation, legal research, and court filing procedures while learning from some of Bulgaria's most experienced litigators. The program provides a structured learning environment with regular feedback and mentorship.

Conducting legal research on case law, procedural rules, and substantive law issues; Assisting with preparation of court submissions, briefs, and procedural motions; Reviewing and summarizing case files and supporting documentation; Observing court hearings and arbitration proceedings; Assisting with filing documents at the Sofia City Court and Sofia District Court; Preparing chronologies and case summaries for supervising lawyers; Participating in internal moot court exercises and training sessions.

Currently enrolled in years III-V of a Law degree at a recognized Bulgarian university; Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution; Basic knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code and Obligations and Contracts Act; Academic grade average of minimum 4.50/6.00; Proficient in Bulgarian and English; Detail-oriented with strong writing skills; Available for minimum 15 hours per week for at least 2 months.
