Internship — Real Estate & Property Law

Boyanov & Co offers a Real Estate & Property Law Internship at its Varna practice for law students interested in property transactions, development projects, and coastal tourism regulation along Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. Interns will assist experienced real estate lawyers with research, document review, and transactional support on property deals in one of Bulgaria's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Assisting with property due diligence including title searches and encumbrance checks; Conducting research on zoning regulations and construction permitting requirements; Assisting with preparation of notarial deeds and property transfer documents; Reviewing lease agreements and property management contracts; Monitoring legislative changes in real estate and spatial development law; Organizing property transaction files and documentation; Attending internal training sessions on real estate law and Black Sea coastal regulations.

Currently enrolled in years III-V of a Law degree at a Bulgarian university; Interest in real estate, property, or construction law; Basic knowledge of the Ownership Act and Spatial Development Act; Academic grade average of minimum 4.50/6.00; Proficient in Bulgarian and English; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Willingness to work from Varna; Available for minimum 15 hours per week for at least 2 months.
