Job Description

Krogerus is seeking a Paralegal to join our Corporate practice group in Helsinki. You will provide essential support to lawyers on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and company law matters under the Osakeyhtiölaki (Companies Act).

This is an excellent position for a law graduate or experienced paralegal looking to develop their career in a top-tier Finnish law firm. You will manage document production, coordinate filings with the Finnish Trade Register (Kaupparekisteri), and support due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

Support lawyers on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. Manage filings with the Finnish Trade Register (Kaupparekisteri) and PRS. Coordinate due diligence data rooms and document management. Prepare corporate documents including board resolutions and shareholder minutes. Maintain corporate records and entity management databases.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in law or legal studies. 1-3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred. Knowledge of the Osakeyhtiölaki and Finnish company registration procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Finnish and English.
