Internship Description
CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz is offering a Rechtspraktikum in our Real Estate & Construction practice in Vienna. This hands-on internship gives law students and recent graduates practical exposure to one of Austria's most active real estate legal teams.
What You Will Do
- Assist with real estate transactions, including due diligence and documentation
- Research Austrian property law, Grundbuch (land register), and construction regulations
- Support the drafting of lease agreements, purchase contracts, and development agreements
- Attend client meetings and participate in the CMS Austria training program
- Gain exposure to the global CMS real estate network
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed Austrian law studies
- Interest in real estate, construction, or property law
- Strong academic performance
- Fluent in German; good command of English
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
