Responsibilities

  • Advise multinational clients on LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018) compliance, including data mapping, privacy impact assessments, and ANPD regulatory filings
  • Draft and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs), privacy policies, and consent mechanisms
  • Advise on international data transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses, and adequacy decisions under LGPD
  • Support incident response and data breach notification procedures as required by ANPD regulations
  • Coordinate with Hogan Lovells' global privacy practice on multi-jurisdictional compliance (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD alignment)

Requirements

  • Bacharel em Direito; OAB registration active; CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent certification valued
  • 4–7 years' experience in data privacy, technology law, or information security compliance
  • Deep knowledge of LGPD, ANPD regulations, and international privacy frameworks (GDPR)
  • Fluent English mandatory; experience advising multinational companies essential
