Responsibilities

  • Advise on trademark, patent, and copyright protection and enforcement, including INPI proceedings
  • Draft and negotiate technology licences, SaaS agreements, and software development contracts
  • Advise on LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados / Lei 13.709/2018) compliance, data processing agreements, and ANPD regulatory matters
  • Support M&A transactions involving technology assets, IP due diligence, and IP transfer documentation
  • Advise on Marco Civil da Internet (Lei 12.965/2014) compliance, platform liability, and content moderation

Requirements

  • Bacharel em Direito; OAB registration active
  • 4–7 years' experience in IP, technology, or data privacy law
  • Knowledge of LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet, and INPI procedures
  • Fluent English mandatory; experience with international IP portfolios preferred

R$19,000 - R$27,000/year
