Responsibilities

Research banking regulations and EU financial directives. Assist with drafting loan agreements, security documents, and regulatory submissions. Support due diligence on financing transactions. Attend team meetings and client calls as an observer. Prepare legal memoranda on regulatory developments.

Requirements

Currently studying law at a recognised Hungarian university (3rd year or above). Interest in banking and finance law demonstrated through coursework or extracurricular activities. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Fluent in Hungarian with good working knowledge of English. Available for at least 10 weeks.
