Job Description
Žurić i Partneri / Kinstellar seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in Rijeka to handle disputes arising from commercial contracts, construction projects, and maritime trade. You will represent clients before Commercial Courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial court proceedings and arbitrations. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies. Handle enforcement and debt recovery proceedings. Support senior lawyers on complex multi-party disputes.
Requirements
Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 1-3 years of litigation experience. Strong knowledge of Croatian Obligations Act and Civil Procedure Act. Proficiency in English. Based in or willing to relocate to Rijeka. Experience with commercial or construction disputes preferred.
