Job Description
Žurić i Partneri / Kinstellar is hiring a Corporate M&A Associate to work on domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across the SEE region. The role involves direct client exposure and deal management.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate SPAs, shareholder agreements, and ancillary transaction documents. Conduct legal due diligence on target companies. Coordinate with local and international counsel on cross-border deals. Advise on post-merger integration and regulatory filings. Support partners on pitch materials and client development.
Requirements
Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 3-5 years of corporate or M&A experience at a reputable law firm. Strong drafting skills in Croatian and English. Familiarity with Croatian Companies Act and EU merger control regulations. Experience with share and asset deals preferred.
