Linklaters Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate for its Litigation & Arbitration practice in Central. You will handle complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and international arbitration matters seated in Hong Kong under HKIAC, ICC, and UNCITRAL rules.

  • Represent clients before the Hong Kong High Court and Court of Final Appeal
  • Manage international arbitration proceedings at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)
  • Advise on SFC enforcement investigations and regulatory proceedings
  • Lead discovery, witness preparation, and advocacy strategies

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister admitted in Hong Kong
  • 6-9 years PQE in commercial litigation or international arbitration
  • Experience with securities regulatory disputes an advantage
