Job Description
DNB is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal department, providing support on banking operations, consumer lending, and general corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities
Support senior counsel on banking regulatory matters. Draft and review standard contract templates. Conduct legal research on consumer protection issues. Assist with corporate governance and board documentation.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. Interest in banking and financial services law. Strong research and writing skills.
