Job Description
DNB, Norway's largest financial services group, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on banking regulations, capital requirements, and financial supervisory matters.
Responsibilities
Provide regulatory advice to business units on banking and securities operations. Monitor legislative developments and assess impact on DNB's operations. Lead regulatory applications and notifications to Finanstilsynet. Develop internal compliance policies and training programs.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of financial regulatory experience. Deep knowledge of CRD/CRR, MiFID II, and Norwegian Financial Institutions Act. Experience with Finanstilsynet interactions.
