Job Description
Equinor is looking for an Environmental Compliance Lawyer to advise on environmental regulations, emissions trading, and sustainability reporting for its Norwegian and international operations.
Responsibilities
Advise on environmental permits and impact assessments for energy projects. Monitor and ensure compliance with emissions trading regulations. Support sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure requirements. Handle environmental disputes and regulatory investigations.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-6 years of environmental or regulatory law experience. Knowledge of the Norwegian Pollution Control Act and EU ETS. Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks.
