Job Description
Equinor seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support major energy transactions including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and renewable energy investments across its global portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead legal work on upstream asset transactions and farm-in/farm-out agreements. Structure and negotiate joint venture and partnership agreements. Advise on renewable energy project development and investment. Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree or equivalent international qualification. Minimum 8 years of energy or corporate transaction experience. Knowledge of Norwegian petroleum law and international energy contracts. Fluency in English required.
