Responsibilities
- Assist associates with corporate document preparation including articles of incorporation, shareholders' agreements, and board minutes
- Conduct legal research on corporate law topics under the Código Civil and Lei das S.A.
- Support due diligence processes by reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and regulatory filings
- Help prepare presentations, memoranda, and client correspondence
- Attend internal training sessions and seminars on M&A and corporate governance
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bacharel em Direito programme (3rd year or above preferred)
- Strong academic record and genuine interest in corporate/M&A law
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Available for 4–6 hours/day
