Job Description
Obeid & Partners, consistently ranked among the top 100 arbitration practices worldwide by GAR, seeks an International Arbitration Associate for its Beirut headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile international disputes under ICC, LCIA, ICSID, and ad hoc arbitration rules.
Responsibilities
Prepare and draft arbitration submissions, witness statements, and expert reports. Conduct legal research on comparative law issues across MENA jurisdictions. Assist lead counsel in hearings and procedural conferences. Manage document production and evidence organization. Coordinate with co-counsel and experts in multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
Requirements
Licence en Droit or LLM in international arbitration or dispute resolution from a recognized university. Membership in the Beirut Bar Association. 3-5 years of experience in international arbitration or commercial dispute resolution. Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is mandatory. Familiarity with ICC, LCIA, and ICSID arbitration rules.
