Role Overview

Saudi Arabia has rapidly developed its arbitration infrastructure, with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) now established as a leading regional institution. The Kingdom's accession to the New York Convention and the enactment of the Saudi Arbitration Law have created a robust framework for international dispute resolution. • Advise on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Saudi Arabia under the New York Convention
  • Handle commercial disputes before the Board of Grievances and Commercial Courts
  • Advise on bilateral investment treaties (BITs) and investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS)

What We Offer

  • Access to Dentons' global network and international arbitration practice
  • High-value, complex disputes across multiple sectors
  • Competitive salary and performance bonus
  • Relocation support for international candidates

Requirements

  • LLB/JD from a top-tier university; LLM in international arbitration or dispute resolution preferred
  • 8-12 years of international arbitration experience
