Job Description
CMS Budapest is looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer for its Debrecen office to assist with corporate governance, company formation, and general commercial advisory work for domestic and international clients investing in eastern Hungary.

Responsibilities
Assist with company formations, amendments, and corporate reorganisations. Draft shareholders' agreements, articles of association, and board resolutions. Support due diligence processes for M&A transactions. Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with Hungarian corporate governance requirements. Coordinate with the Court of Registration on filing matters.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 1-2 years of corporate law experience. Knowledge of Hungarian Companies Act (Ptk.) and commercial registration procedures. Good understanding of EU corporate law. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
