Job Description
Konkurransetilsynet seeks a Senior Legal Advisor to lead complex antitrust investigations and represent the authority in court proceedings related to competition law enforcement.
Responsibilities
Lead investigation teams on complex competition cases. Draft statements of objections and final decisions. Represent the authority before Norwegian courts on appeal. Contribute to policy development and legislative consultations.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree with strong academic record. Minimum 7 years of competition law experience. Experience with administrative proceedings and court representation. Knowledge of EU and EEA competition law.
