Job Description
Muthoga Gaturu seeks an Associate to handle family law and ADR matters. The firm has a strong family law practice covering matrimonial disputes, children's matters, succession, and domestic violence protection orders. The role also involves mediation and arbitration as Kenya's courts increasingly mandate ADR.

Responsibilities
Handle matrimonial disputes including divorce, maintenance, and property division. Represent clients in children's matters (custody, guardianship, adoption). Conduct mediations as required by the courts. Advise on estate administration and succession disputes. Handle domestic violence cases and obtain protection orders.
Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 2-4 years PQE in family law or general litigation. Mediation training or accreditation by the Mediation Accreditation Committee is an advantage. Sensitivity and emotional intelligence in handling domestic matters.
