- Advise on environmental impact assessments (EIA) and permitting under the Ley 21/2013 de Evaluación Ambiental for wind farm and solar plant projects across Spain
- Ensure compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Spain's Ley 11/2018 on non-financial reporting
- Handle environmental disputes and administrative proceedings before the Tribunal Superior de Justicia del País Vasco
- Advise on EU Taxonomy classification of Iberdrola's green investments and sustainable finance instruments
- Support ESG due diligence for international acquisitions and project developments
Requisitos
- Graduado en Derecho; Máster de Acceso; specialisation in environmental or EU law preferred
- Colegiado at the Colegio de la Abogacía de Bizkaia or equivalent
- 3-6 years PQE in environmental law, ESG, or energy regulatory
- Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and Spanish environmental legislation
- Fluent English; Euskera a plus
