Job Description
Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) seeks a Legal Counsel to advise on corporate governance, shareholder matters and regulatory compliance for Ethiopia's portfolio of strategic state enterprises including in telecom, logistics and energy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Advise EIH on governance of portfolio companies and shareholder rights
- Review and draft shareholder agreements, MOUs and corporate charters
- Monitor regulatory compliance across subsidiary companies
- Support privatisation and restructuring transactions
Requirements
- LLB; LLM in corporate or commercial law is preferred
- 3–5 years experience in corporate law, M&A or public sector
- Excellent command of Amharic and English
