Responsibilities
Maintain corporate records and handle RJSC filings and compliance. Support Board meetings and prepare minutes and resolutions. Draft and review commercial agreements across business units. Manage corporate secretarial functions for group companies. Advise on corporate governance best practices and regulatory changes.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. 3-5 years of corporate legal experience. Knowledge of Companies Act 1994 and Securities & Exchange regulations. Experience with RJSC filings and corporate governance preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
