Job Description
Ignitis Group, Lithuania's largest energy company listed on Nasdaq Vilnius, is seeking a Paralegal to support our Legal & Corporate Governance department. You will assist with corporate governance matters for the group's listed holding company and its subsidiaries across the Baltic region.
This role provides excellent exposure to corporate governance in a publicly listed company, including compliance with the Akciniu bendroviu istatymas (Law on Companies), Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules, and EU corporate governance standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare board and shareholder meeting documentation, including notices, agendas, and minutes. Maintain the corporate governance framework and entity structure charts for the Ignitis Group. Assist with compliance reporting under Nasdaq Vilnius listing rules and the Akciniu bendroviu istatymas. Coordinate the filing of annual reports and changes with the Juridniu asmenu registras. Support the legal team with regulatory submissions and corporate transaction documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law (Teises bakalauras) from a recognized Lithuanian university. 0-2 years of experience in a corporate legal or governance role. Knowledge of Lithuanian company law and corporate governance principles. Attention to detail and document management skills. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
