VÚB banka is hiring a Paralegal for its Regional Banking Operations legal support team in Košice. You will assist legal counsel with loan documentation, security interest filings, and administrative support for banking transactions across the eastern Slovakia region.
This role provides hands-on paralegal experience in one of Slovakia's top three banks, with exposure to commercial lending, mortgage processing, and regulatory compliance. VÚB's Košice office serves as the primary legal hub for all eastern Slovak branch operations.
Responsibilities
Assist legal counsel with loan documentation preparation and review. Handle Kataster nehnuteľností filings for mortgage and real estate security interests. Support debt recovery administration and court filing management. Maintain legal case tracking systems and deadline calendars. Coordinate document execution and notarization processes. Manage correspondence with external counsel and court registries in eastern Slovakia.
Requirements
Secondary or higher education; legal studies (Bc.) preferred. 1-2 years of paralegal, legal assistant, or banking operations experience. Familiarity with Kataster nehnuteľností filings and Slovak court registries. Strong organizational skills. Slovak and English required.
