Job Description
Real Estate & Tourism Law Attorney — Juristconsult Chambers
Juristconsult Chambers seeks an Attorney specialising in real estate and tourism law for its Port Louis office. Mauritius's property market is one of the most active in the Indian Ocean region, with Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS), Real Estate Scheme (RES), and Smart City developments transforming the island's coastline and interior — and creating intense demand for specialist property lawyers.

Mauritius's tourism sector — hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments — generates substantial conveyancing, leasing, and regulatory work under the Tourism Authority Act 2006 and the Environment Protection Act 2002.
