Job Description
Schjodt is looking for a Senior Associate in Dispute Resolution to handle high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration matters before Norwegian courts and arbitral tribunals.
Responsibilities
Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and legal memoranda for complex disputes. Represent clients in court hearings and arbitration proceedings. Manage case strategy and coordinate with expert witnesses. Supervise junior team members on case preparation.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree with strong academic record. 6-9 years of litigation or arbitration experience. Experience before Norwegian Supreme Court is an advantage. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
