Job Description
Schjodt's Bergen office is expanding its Employment Law practice and seeks an Advisor to handle contentious and non-contentious employment matters for corporate clients across Western Norway.
Responsibilities
Advise on employment contracts, terminations, and restructuring processes. Handle disputes before the Labour Court and district courts. Draft workplace policies and compliance frameworks. Conduct employment due diligence for M&A transactions.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-5 years of employment law experience. Knowledge of the Norwegian Working Environment Act. Good client-facing and advisory skills.
