Job Description
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB), Hungary's central bank, is recruiting a Senior Legal Advisor for its Financial Supervision Division. This role involves providing legal support for the supervision of banks, insurance companies, and capital market participants operating in Hungary.

Responsibilities
Provide legal opinions on supervisory decisions and enforcement actions. Draft regulatory guidelines and supervisory recommendations. Advise on licensing and authorisation procedures for financial institutions. Represent the MNB in administrative court proceedings. Participate in EU-level regulatory consultations and working groups.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with at least 7 years of experience in financial regulatory law. Deep knowledge of Hungarian financial supervision framework and EU prudential regulations. Experience with administrative proceedings and regulatory enforcement. Understanding of Basel III/IV requirements. Hungarian citizenship or EU residency required.
