Responsibilities
Manage drug registration and licensing applications with Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA). Advise on pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and GMP standards. Protect intellectual property including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Handle regulatory inspections and audit responses. Review pharmaceutical marketing materials for legal compliance.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university (LLM in IP or Pharmaceutical Law preferred). 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical law, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property. Knowledge of Drug (Control) Ordinance 1982, Drug Act, and DGDA regulations. Experience with patent law and trademark registration.
