Our work focuses on addressing the legal and mental health needs of this population; building strong partnerships and engaging in training and capacity strengthening with governments, NGOs, and the private sector; and advocating for systemic and pragmatic reforms to advance the rights of unaccompanied and separated children. Position Summary KIND seeks a Senior Paralegal to support KIND’s delivery of legal services through a range of case preparation, legal research, and related tasks in support of the legal strategy for the client. The Senior Paralegal also supports Paralegal(s) and other non-attorney staff and interns as needed with training and development of paralegal staff in collaboration with Staff Attorneys, Senior Attorneys and Managing Attorneys. This position is contingent upon continued funding.
