Job Description
Telenor is hiring a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to draft and negotiate technology agreements, vendor contracts, and strategic partnerships across its Norwegian and international operations.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate technology licensing and service agreements. Review vendor contracts and procurement documentation. Advise on contract risk management and dispute resolution. Support business development teams on partnership structuring.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 3-5 years of commercial contract experience. Knowledge of IT and telecom procurement law. Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
