Job Description

Telenor seeks a Regulatory Counsel to navigate telecommunications regulations, spectrum licensing, and digital infrastructure policy in Norway and the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

Advise on regulatory obligations related to spectrum allocation and network sharing. Represent Telenor in proceedings before Nkom (Norwegian Communications Authority). Monitor EU digital policy developments and assess business impact. Draft regulatory submissions and consultation responses.

Requirements

Norwegian law degree required. Minimum 6 years of telecommunications or regulatory law experience. Knowledge of the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act and EU Telecom Package. Strong stakeholder management skills.
