Job Description

Yara International is looking for a Corporate Sustainability Lawyer to support ESG compliance, human rights due diligence, and sustainability reporting under the Norwegian Transparency Act.

Responsibilities

Advise on compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act and supply chain due diligence. Support annual sustainability reporting and ESG disclosure. Conduct human rights impact assessments across global operations. Draft policies on responsible business conduct and ethical sourcing.

Requirements

Norwegian law degree required. 3-5 years of corporate, ESG, or human rights law experience. Knowledge of the Norwegian Transparency Act and EU CSRD. Understanding of supply chain due diligence frameworks.
