Job Description
Yara International seeks a Trade and Sanctions Lawyer to advise on export controls, economic sanctions compliance, and international trade regulations for its global fertilizer operations.
Responsibilities
Advise on sanctions screening and restricted party due diligence. Manage export control classification and licensing applications. Develop and maintain trade compliance policies and training programs. Coordinate with external counsel on multi-jurisdictional sanctions issues.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree or equivalent. Minimum 6 years of trade law or sanctions compliance experience. Knowledge of Norwegian export control regulations and EU/US sanctions regimes. Experience in industrial or commodities sector preferred.
