Job Description
Oppenheim Law Firm is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Attorney to lead complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. The successful candidate will advise major Hungarian and international clients on corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity deals across Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing. Draft and negotiate share purchase agreements and related documentation. Coordinate due diligence workstreams across multiple jurisdictions. Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. Mentor junior associates and manage client relationships.
Requirements
Qualified Hungarian attorney (jogász) with at least 8 years of corporate M&A experience. Strong knowledge of Hungarian Civil Code and EU corporate law. Fluency in Hungarian and English required. Experience with cross-border transactions and due diligence processes essential.
