Oppenheim Law Firm offers a Corporate Law Internship for law students interested in gaining practical experience in corporate transactions, M&A, and general commercial advisory work. Interns will work alongside leading Hungarian corporate lawyers on live matters.

Responsibilities

Assist lawyers with legal research on corporate law and regulatory matters. Draft memos, corporate resolutions, and transactional documents under supervision. Support due diligence processes by reviewing and summarising documents. Attend client meetings and internal strategy sessions. Maintain transaction checklists and document management.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Hungarian law programme (4th or 5th year preferred). Strong academic record with focus on corporate and commercial law. Good research and writing skills. Proficiency in Hungarian required; English proficiency strongly preferred. Available for a minimum of 3 months.

Compensation

Ft250,000 - Ft350,000/year
