Job Description
Oppenheim Law Firm is seeking a Tax Law Associate to join its tax advisory practice. The role involves advising domestic and international clients on Hungarian and international tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax litigation matters.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of corporate transactions and investments. Prepare transfer pricing documentation and defend positions before the NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration). Support tax due diligence in M&A transactions. Draft submissions for tax authority rulings and advance pricing agreements. Research and analyse changes in Hungarian and EU tax legislation.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 1-3 years of tax law experience. Knowledge of Hungarian tax legislation including personal and corporate income tax, VAT, and local business tax. Understanding of OECD transfer pricing guidelines. Tax advisor qualification preferred. Fluent in Hungarian and English.
