This advokatfuldmægtig position in Aarhus offers excellent exposure to Danish public law, procurement regulation under the Udbudsloven, and municipal governance.
What You Will Do
- Research Danish public procurement law under the Udbudsloven
- Assist with procurement complaints before the Klagenævnet for Udbud
- Draft legal memoranda on municipal law (kommunalret) and administrative law (forvaltningsret)
- Support advokater on public-private partnership advisory
- Attend client meetings with municipal and regional clients
Responsibilities
- Support the public sector team on advisory and dispute matters
- Conduct legal research on procurement and municipal law
- Draft legal memoranda and client advisory notes
- Complete the Advokatuddannelsen bar programme
- Participate in the firm's Aarhus office training sessions
Requirements
- Cand.jur. from Aarhus University or another Danish university
- Interest in public law, procurement, or administrative law
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Eligible for advokatfuldmægtig registration
- Strong academic record
- Previous experience with public sector clients is an advantage
Compensation
kr17,000 - kr20,000/year
