Position Overview
Job Description
ENSafrica Rwanda, the Kigali office of Africa's largest law firm, is recruiting an Associate for its Projects and Infrastructure practice. You will advise on large-scale infrastructure, energy and PPP projects across Rwanda and the Great Lakes region, working in a fully multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate project agreements, concession contracts and EPC documents
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for energy, mining and infrastructure
- Support project finance transactions and lender due diligence
- Liaise with government agencies including RDB and RURA
- Research environmental and land law requirements
Requirements
- LLB from a recognised university
- Admitted by the Rwanda Bar Association
- 2-4 years experience in projects, energy or infrastructure law
- Fluency in English required; French and Kinyarwanda are advantages
- ILPD professional course completed
Compensation
FRw1,500,000 - FRw2,500,000/year
