Job Description

Join the Projects & Infrastructure team at one of Ghana's top-ranked corporate law firms. Advise on public-private partnerships, infrastructure financing, and major construction projects across West Africa.

Responsibilities

Draft and review concession agreements and PPP contracts. Advise on public procurement regulatory compliance. Support project finance documentation and security packages. Conduct regulatory analysis for infrastructure projects.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 3-5 years experience in project finance, construction, or infrastructure law. Knowledge of PPA Act and Public Procurement Authority regulations.

₵8,000 - ₵14,000/month
