Job Description
Lee and Li seeks a Capital Markets Associate to support its securities practice handling IPOs, secondary offerings, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance for listed companies on the TWSE and TPEx.
Responsibilities
Assist with IPO filings and prospectus preparation for TWSE and TPEx listings; advise issuers on ongoing disclosure obligations and corporate governance requirements; draft bond offering documents and regulatory submissions; support clients on secondary offerings and rights issues; liaise with FSC on regulatory matters.
Requirements
Taiwan bar admission; 3-5 years of experience in capital markets or securities law; thorough knowledge of Taiwan Securities and Exchange Act and TWSE listing rules; excellent Mandarin and English drafting skills; attention to detail in prospectus preparation.
